Location, location!

We are located in the heart of Fort Smith at 1150 South Waldron Road! Our location is no more than a 10 minute drive from wherever you are in Fort Smith! We are right behind central mall across from the Essex shopping center. If you need help finding us, give us a call! Our team will be more than happy to assist! We may not have a sign out front, but so far our patients have had no issue finding us! Luckily we are not too far from those who drive from out of town also. We have many patients from Oklahoma, Alma, Van Buren, Greenwood, and other surrounding areas!

Our practice site use to be in the mall parking lot, but we have relocated. At the beginning of 2017 we moved into our new office. Make sure you don’t go to the old 1200 location by accident! We are trying our best to ensure there is no confusion. Occasionally there will be an online review that may say we are still at our old location.
